Sudbury Interim Superintendent Contract Sets $228,000 Salary for Annette Doyle

Public records provided to the Sudbury Monitor show that Annette Doyle’s agreement to serve as Interim Superintendent of Sudbury Public Schools runs from July 1, 2026 through June 30, 2027, unless extended by agreement.

Under the contract, Doyle will be paid $228,000 for the one-year contract period. The agreement also provides a 403(b) match of up to $500 per fiscal year, continued eligibility for health insurance, a $333/month mileage allowance, and reimbursement for certain professional memberships, conferences, and related expenses.

The contract also preserves Doyle’s path back to the Assistant Superintendent role if she does not apply for or is not selected as permanent Superintendent. In that event, the agreement states that the parties will implement a contract returning her to the Assistant Superintendent position for at least one year beginning in FY28, with a base salary of $190,962 for July 1, 2027 through June 30, 2028.
